experience as a licensed massage therapist and specializes in Deep
Tissue Therapy, THAI Massage and Swedish massage. She is also
experienced with hot stone therapy, reflexology, trigger point therapy,
aromatherapy and sciatic specific massage.

Submerge yourself in a bath full of warm 'Champagne bubbles'

Far Infrared Sauna
Enjoy the healing aid of our TheraSauna. It uses LIGHT that is
beyond our sight spectrum to penetrate the body, to detoxify at the
cellular level and restore health functions. The many benefits include
relieving upper respiratory problems, help manage weight loss, and
help the body detoxify from medication taken for surgery, illness and
pain management.
